Life is like a rubber band
when u r stretched
you will eventually go back to your original shape over time
but when you are stretched beyond what you can take
you go back to your original shape with a small cut in you
and when you are stretched beyond your limit multiple times
the cut deepens
and eventually
the rubber band breaks

the mental strength of a person is the thickness of a rubber band
the thicker the rubber band, the more it can take
the thickest rubber band cannot be damaged no matter how u twist or bend it
but the weakest rubber band can snap at the smallest impact

i have taken a blow
i have been stretched
yet i have not fallen
i have not broken down
i shall fix the cut in me
i will not let myself fall
and i shall live like a thick rubber band

but what about the rubber bands that have been stretched excessively?
such that they are unable to take another stretch
we will all work together and fix the cut in them
we will close their wounds
and we will help them to recover
