My doc advised me to drink starfruit juice+honey for my throat
So my mom told me to buy 6 starfruits... i think dats a bit too many =|
den she blended fruit juice for me...said it was too troublesome to blend when i wanted to drink so might as well blend all in 1 go
the result was 3 big cups of starfruit juice omg...
dat wasnt the worst... worse still was dat she said i shldnt drink cold drinks so cannot put in fridge

i read in today's newspaper dat consuming stuff with cooling effect is ok... but too much of it can be counter-productive(反效果）
i know wad that means now...i been having diarrhoea since yesterday -.-
hopefully i can go sch on mon though...
